Lucy: We were on a hike. I saw a bird's nest, a toad hole (and the toad), & a snake (we think it was a corn snake). We had a picnic on a giant rock. We did it with our friends. I thought it was fun. ;)
Peter: Well,my foot was KILLING me so I had a hard time through the hike. I also hurt my other foot on the hike & that was not pleasant. Oh, and the snake we saw MIGHT be a copperhead. UH OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o
Peter & Lucy: Our dad put together a model rocket that had no top. We went to the park like everything would be okay. It turns out that when we were standing far away & our dad launched it, the rocket landed over by Lucy. Everyone is okay though. :)
Lucy- It sounds like you saw some cool stuff on your hike. And a picnic while on a hike always makes it more fun!! I wish I could have come. I'll be checking back often to see what you guys are up to during your break from school :) Love, Aunt Genevieve

I love the blog and the pictures. It's nice to hear what you are doing. Sorry about the pains, but it sounds like you are having good times. Being on tracks in school has some benefits. I hope you have a great break from school. I am sure Andrew is glad his brother and sister are home for a few weeks.
